January 29, 2026 – Weekend updates

Time got away from me in such a way that I almost forgot to write today. It’s been a slow week with work and all, but this weekend I’ll be going out to Vegas. I’m meeting my parents out there, and we’ll be seeing The Wizard of Oz at the Sphere on Sunday. I’ve been to the Sphere before, at the time to see Darren Aronofsky’s short film Postcard from Earth. It’s a neat venue. I know they’ve hosted a number of bands there like U2 and Phish, but I have yet to see a concert there. I’m sure it’s spectacular. I’ll have more thoughts on my weekend in the next post. Stay tuned…
