Prog Rock Through One Woman's Lens

Sometimes you’re so deep into time with your foster bunny that time gets away from you, so I’m writing this right before bed. Here’s a photo for proof!

It’s touching to see how Sonny’s trust of me has grown in the nearly 2 months that he’s been living with me. I don’t put him up on my lap very often, since I know he prefers being on the ground, but he’s become more and more at ease over time.

Anyway, I made it out to my local HomeGoods store to grab a few photo frames so I could properly display the Primus prints I bought recently. I framed all 3 of them but currently only have 2 of them hung. I have a small pile of Primus VIP posters, and yet I can’t bring myself to take down the 2024 poster, pictured on the right. It’s too gorgeous to pack away, with so many vibrant colors and a cool tribute to the Sgt Pepper album cover. The tour dates are printed around the perimeter of the image. I have it in mind to get these posters framed too, at some point. It’s been fun moving away from the five to ten-dollar mass produced posters you can find at most record stores and getting actual artwork from real artists to represent bands or artists that I love. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not completely shunning the cheap posters. I have a few hanging in my room and spare room while others are rolled up in my closet.
